As is known, the Russian soul is kind and generous, so the authorities went to meet Catholics, and the construction of the Catholic church was started. Completion of repair work occurred in 1894. In the process of construction, not only the temple itself was built, but also a special house for the clergyman. After a short time, all the curious locals began to come here and consider the unusual construction. This situation is not surprising, because nothing like this previously did not know the city of Vladimir. The temple of the Holy Rosary looked spectacular. Unusual was not only the exterior decoration, but also the interior decoration. There were no usual icons and paintings, just white walls. Already in 1904, the church was allowed to officially hold services. Since that time, the priests performed daily worship services.
In the years 1905-1907. The Church of the Holy Rosary in Vladimir became a refuge for the activists of the revolutionary movement. Here they discussed their problems, shared ideas and, of course, offered prayers. After the end of the revolution, the church was closed. Rector of the temple was shot. They wanted to make a library out of the building, but a radio center was created. This situation is considered one of the most sad pages of the history of this unusual building. The priest's house also changed its functional purpose. Here a sort of hostel was created, where people lived who needed a temporary shelter. The radio center continued its work until the mid-1980s.
