This plan is an analogue of what is described above, only with such a difference: it can be connected not only to residents of Moscow and the Moscow region. It is obviously available in the whole of Russia, and the cost of calls is calculated according to the same formula.
If we talk briefly about both "Super MTS" tariffs, then there will be only 2 advantages: no mandatory fee and 20 minutes of free calls in the subscriber's region. Other services are provided explicitly at too high prices, due to which the operator, obviously, compensates for the lack of a regular fee.

Red Energy

At the cost of additional services from the "Super" is similar to the tariff Red Energy. However, he does not expect free 20 minutes for local MTS numbers. But, according to this plan, the subscriber can call at a low price - only 1.6 rubles per minute for all numbers from his region. This applies, among other things, to the numbers of other operators.

The alternative is obvious: either the user is given free calls to his network numbers ("Super MTS"), or cheaper conversations with all numbers from his region (this tariff plan) without a subscription fee. Let's just say: depending on who you communicate with more often by phone, these two plans can be very profitable for you.

Per second

The third package, which we will consider on a par with the two mentioned, is called "Per-second". He also belongs to the group that MTS has - tariffs without a subscription fee. However, this plan differs in charging calls - it occurs per second.

This means that for every second of a conversation with any number from your region you have to pay 5 kopecks. Thus, by simple calculations, it can be established that the minute of conversations will cost 3 rubles.
