"Wild landowner"

The landowner with a strange name Urus Kuchum Kildibayev lives for his own pleasure: he collects a rich harvest, has a luxurious dwelling and lots of land. But one day he was tired of the abundance of peasants in his house and decided to get rid of them. The landlord prayed to God, but he did not heed his requests. He began in every way to mock the peasants, began to press them with taxes. And then the Lord took pity on them, and they disappeared.

At first the stupid landlord was happy: now no one interfered with him. But later he began to feel their absence: no one cooked for him, did not clean in the house. The visiting generals and the police chief called him a fool. But he did not understand why they treat him like that. In the end, he was so wild that he even looked like an animal: he grew hair, climbed trees, and tore his prey with his hands and ate.

The satirical appearance of the nobleman's vices was skilfully portrayed by Saltykov-Shchedrin. The tale "Wild landlord" shows how stupid a man can be without understanding that he lived well only thanks to his peasants.

In the finale, all serfs return to the landlord, and life blossoms again: the market sells meat, the house is clean and tidy. Yes, only Urus Kuchum did not return to his former appearance. He still mumbles, missing his former wild life.

"Wise minnow"

Many from childhood remember tales Saltykov-Shchedrin, whose list is not small: "As a man of two generals fed," "Bear in the voivodeship", "Kissel", "Konyaga." True, we begin to understand the real meaning of these stories when we become adults.

Such is the fairy tale "the wise gudgeon". He lived all his life and was afraid of everything: cancer, water flea, man and even his own brother. Parents bequeathed to him: "Look at both!" And he decided to hide all his life, and not to be seen by anyone. And he lived for more than a hundred years. I have not seen or heard anything in my life.

The tale of Saltykov-Shchedrin "The wise gudgeon" ridicules stupid people who are ready to live their whole lives in fear of any danger. The old fish-fish thought about what he was living for. And he felt so sad because he did not see the white light. I decided to come up because of my driftwood. And after it no one saw.

The writer laughs that even a pike will not have such an old fish. The minnow in the work is called wise, but this is undoubtedly a satirical device, because it is extremely difficult to call it smart.
