Ingredients: half a kilo of cottage cheese, two glasses of flour, one hundred and fifty grams of butter, one and a half cups of sugar, four eggs, salt and soda, dried fruits and nuts to taste.

The oil is mixed with flour, sugar, salt and soda and rubbed thoroughly. Half the dough is placed in a greased form.

Cottage cheese must be grinded with sugar and eggs, add nuts and dried fruits and put on the dough and cover with the remaining dough. Bake for forty minutes in the oven.

4. Hungarian cheesecake

Ingredients for the dough: one and a half glasses of flour, one hundred grams of butter, one packet of baking powder. For the filling: half a kilo of cottage cheese, two eggs, a glass of sugar, one packet of vanillin. For pouring: five spoons of sour cream, two tablespoons of powdered sugar, half a can of condensed milk.

All ingredients for the dough mix and grind until a crumb is formed, which is placed on a baking tray. Eggs are beaten with vanillin and sugar, add cottage cheese, grate well and put over the dough. It should be noted that in this way it is necessary to alternate the layers, the last of which should be from the dough. Bake the cheesecake for one hour. The prepared dish is poured with filling.

Thus, it can be argued that the royal, royal and Hungarian cheesecake is excellent for those people who are not able to digest fresh curd.
