Differences between the types of bodybuilding

As for the training process, the "straight" and "chemists" it practically does not differ. But at the same time, there are some features in the classes of those who preferred natural bodybuilding. The athlete taking steroid medications is capable of longer training for one to two hours. The process of growth of muscle mass in him occurs in a larger volume. In this, the main role is played by stimulating the necessary receptors.

A little different approach is followed by natural bodybuilding. The training program in this sport is designed for forty-forty-five minutes. The fact is that in the first 20 minutes. Glycogen is consumed in the muscles, and in the subsequent time in the liver. Longer workouts will be harmful to the body. The athlete in this case will simply lose muscle mass. In addition, the body overtrains.

Another result is obtained with increasing loads. In this case, at each training the organism undergoes a kind of stress, which contributes to the production of additional anabolic hormones, to which the muscles must adapt. As a result, their growth takes place.

Increase in working weight

For those who prefer to engage in natural bodybuilding, the progression of loads should look like this: on Monday, a press in the supine position of 80 kg weighs 10 times in three repetitions. Next Monday the weight increases. It should be 88 kg. At the same time it will take six to ten times to squeeze (how much the body will be able to do). An increase in the load can be given also with a weight of 80 kg. In this case, it takes three repetitions eleven times. Thus, the essence of the procedure for the progression of loads becomes clear. The working weight should be increased. It does not matter how it will be done (by increasing the number of approaches or the load itself).

Periodization

To achieve a natural physiological ceiling in a natural bodybuilding can be another way. It consists in the periodization of training. This scheme is quite simple.
