Soup with egg and nettle.

For its preparation, prepare three glasses of water or any meat broth, one hundred grams of nettle leaves, one egg, an onion, a teaspoon of flour, thirty grams of vegetable oil, fifty grams of fresh parsley, spices and salt, if desired. Boil the egg, chill and chop. Parsley finely chopped. Nettle thoroughly washed, scalded with boiling water and finely chopped. Onions are peeled from the husks and cut into half rings. Nettle and onions are fried in vegetable oil. We put the vegetables in a saucepan and pour the prepared broth. We spread the flour with water to the consistency of sour cream, gently poured into broth. Season, broth with salt and spices to your liking. In each serving plate we put a mixture of parsley and eggs, then pour the broth and serve to the table.

Sorrel soup with sausage and egg.

Also an excellent option for spring. After all, in April and May, fresh sorrel grows on the beds, which is so desirable to regale after a long winter. To prepare such green cabbage soup you will need to prepare four hundred grams of sorrel leaves, one cucumber, a large bunch of various fresh greens, two eggs, two hundred grams of sausage and sour cream. Boil the eggs, chill and chop. Fresh greens, cut into small pieces. Cucumber cut or let through a grater for Korean salads. Sausage cut into thin strips. We cut the sorrel, pour boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, cover with a towel saucepan and insist for about two hours. Soup with boiled egg.

The simplest soup of all known to me. Perfectly helps for recovery after illness. We take the chicken and cut it with stripes. Eggs boil, cool and cut in half. Greenery finely chopped. Carrots, garlic and onions are peeled, finely shredded and fried in vegetable oil. We combine vegetables with broth and cook for 10 minutes. In each plate we put half of the egg, chicken straw and fill it with broth. Finished soup sprinkled with herbs. You can add a little sour cream.

Dietary soup with egg.

Excellent soup with beans and eggs. Light and at the same time very satisfying first course. We prepare two potatoes, carrots, three hundred grams of green beans, one egg, a bunch of fresh greens, sour cream. Potatoes and carrots are peeled and cut into strips. Fill with boiling water and cook for 15 minutes. Add the string beans, salt and cook until the vegetables are ready. Sour cream is mixed with the egg in a homogeneous mass and gently poured into boiling soup. Greenery finely chopped and added to the pan simultaneously with the egg mixture. We give the soup a little to brew, and poured into plates.

Soup with egg is always delicious and easily digested. Perfectly produces an ear from a red fish with the addition of a raw egg in the broth. It well complements the fish taste and makes the color range of the dish more interesting.
