Standard set of dental equipment

Each person in his life repeatedly gets on a chair to a dentist. Many of these doctors are afraid of being a fire. In fact, they are exactly the same people as everyone else. They have their own equipment, which they use in their work.

Dental equipment includes: a patient chair, a dental unit and a chair for a dentist. This is the standard set that can be found in any dental clinic. It is worth talking about each type in more detail.

The dental chair is equipped with a special device that allows you to give the patient the most correct position of the body. It has only the upper part of the backrest movable, and the lower one always remains immovable. In the lower part there are special power units, with which the chair is fixed to the plate.

Dental units are mainly used in stationary conditions. They contain the entire set of tools and devices that are necessary for conducting operations with hard tissues of the teeth, as well as for other medical manipulations. Most of the modern dental units have a column. It has all the main components installed. Also there is mounted a drill. Also, any installation includes a table for tools, a spittoon, an illuminator, a fan, and some other additional elements. In modern dental practice, electric or turbine drills are used. They are also installed on the dental unit. These devices are used primarily for drilling teeth. The speed of rotation of turbine aggregates can exceed the speed of rotation of ordinary electric ones by an order of magnitude. They work at the expense of compressed air, which comes from the compressor.

The chair for the dentist serves for its convenient movement and simplification of work.

Often this standard set of dental equipment is supplemented by other equally important elements. For example, almost every dental office has a table with a sterile instrument. Many caring doctors set up separate tables for nurses. It is also possible to use cabinets to store various materials and medicines.

All dental equipment must be kept clean. It is necessary to conduct regular disinfection. For these purposes, a three percent hydrogen peroxide solution is excellent.
