Spring rolls - an unusual dish on our table

Recently, many dishes appeared that came to us from the kitchens of other countries and firmly won their place. Now many people want to try to cook them themselves. With this, there is no problem, because now you can get all the necessary ingredients. Spring rolls are a dish that came to us from Asian countries. It is a different stuffing, wrapped in thin sheets of rice or another type of dough.

Dough for spring rolls

Rice sheets for this dish can be bought in a store where they sell everything needed to make sushi. Spring roll dough is also sold in the market where representatives of Asian countries trade. But you can cook it yourself. To do this, take 50 milliliters of hot water and mix it with 100 grams of flour. Knead the dough and let it brew. We put in a container and cover with a damp cloth to prevent drying. After 15 minutes, you can proceed to further action. Roll out the dough in the form of sausages and cut it into 10 pieces. Each part is rolled into a thin square sheet.

Spring rolls with chicken

You will need 250 grams of chicken fillet, one cube of chicken broth, a glass of sprouted beans, 10 sheets of dough for rolls, garlic and vegetable oil. The very process of cooking is very simple. Pour the oil on the frying pan and fry the chopped garlic on it for about 2 minutes. Then add there chopped chicken fillet and fry it for 5 minutes. Strongly fry it is not necessary. Now put in the pan carrots, grated, and crumble a cube of broth. Also sprinkle the sprouted beans. Fry for about 2 minutes. We lay out on the sheets of dough on a tablespoon of the prepared mixture and form spring rolls. We wrap the dough in the form of a roll, gluing the edges with water. The simplest thing left is to fry the rolls in a frying pan with a lot of oil. That they were not fat, you need to spread them on a napkin, and then shift to a plate.

Vegetable Spring Rolls

There are a lot of cooking options. You can use any ingredients for the filling. Take one avocado, 100 gr. Cherry tomatoes, lettuce leaves, 100 gr. Boiled shrimp and lemon juice. You can also use low-fat mayonnaise or a hot tomato sauce. Now we form spring rolls. Avocado is cleaned, cut into small slices and poured with lemon juice. Shrimp we clean, and cut the tomatoes into halves. You can also add sweet pepper, which we cut with small cubes. Sheets of rice paper are dipped in warm water and we spread on them lettuce leaves. Then we put avocados, peppers, tomatoes and shrimps. We wrap sheets with a stuffing in the form of a roll. We made spring rolls. The recipe is fast, and therefore this dish can be prepared and served as a snack in the event of an unexpected arrival of guests.

Rolls with banana

This is a dessert dish. Only two ingredients will be needed: rice leaves and mini bananas. We wrap the peeled bananas in sheets in the form of rolls. The edges are fixed with water. Now fry them in sufficient oil and put them on a napkin. Spring rolls can be served to the table for dessert.
