  • Corn croup - a glass;
  • Pumpkin - 0.3 kg;

So, you need to fry the croup without oil in a frying pan. In this way, we will rid ourselves of possible troubles. When the color of the cereal becomes a slightly golden hue, you need to remove it from the plate. Then pour the milk (hot) and leave to swell. It will take about half an hour.

  • A glass of corn grits;
  • 300 g of pumpkin;
  • 0,1 l of milk (cream);
  • Two tablespoons Honey;
  • Fifty grams of butter;
  • To taste salt.

So, the porridge is prepared this way. To begin with, cook until half-cooked corn in water, which must be slightly salted. Clean and cut into small pieces of pumpkin. Heat the frying pan, pour a little water, add butter, cream (milk), honey. Add the pumpkin. Stew about 10-15 minutes.

Spread half of the porridge in a ceramic pot. Then half pumpkin, again porridge, then pumpkin. Here we have such a layer of porridge. By the way, instead of a ceramic pot, use a saucepan with thick walls. Close our cap tightly with a lid and put it in a preheated oven with a temperature of 180 degrees. Leave to languish 30 minutes. Next, remove the lid and once again put the porridge for 20 minutes in the oven, wait for the crust to turn golden.

Corn porridge with pumpkin: recipe in the multivariate

To cook corn porridge in a multivark, we will use:

  • Four tablespoons Corn groats;
  • 2 tbsp. (160 ml) of milk;
  • 2 tbsp. (160 ml each) of water;
  • Fifty grams of pumpkin;
  • A quarter of a teaspoon Salts;
  • One tsp. Sahara;
  • 20 g butter butter.

So, cut a pumpkin into a large cube. In the bowl multivarka spread all the ingredients. We will cook using the "milk porridge" regime for 30 minutes. Turn the device on and wait for the end of the program. After the cooking is complete leave the porridge on the heating for 10 minutes.

Corn porridge with apples and pumpkin

To slightly diversify the already familiar porridge, we suggest for its improvement to add apples and pumpkin. For this we take:

  • 0.5 tbsp. Corn groats;
  • Water;
  • 300 g of pumpkin;
  • One apple (medium);
  • One tablespoon. Sahara;
  • butter;
  • honey.

And again our favorite corn porridge with pumpkin. The recipe that we propose to try is this. Take one and a half glasses of water, mix with sugar, bring to a boil. Now pour into the boiling water. Pour the porridge on low heat for 15-20 minutes, cover the pan with a lid. Occasionally you need to stir.

Clean pumpkin and apples, cut into cubes. Spread into a small saucepan, add a little water, stew until soft under the lid. We mash in puree, which is added to the ready-made corn porridge. Then throw butter and honey. Give the porridge to stand under the lid for 10 minutes.

Pickled corn porridge

Corn porridge with pumpkin, the recipe of which is now considered, will not be sweet, but salty. Therefore, you need to use such products:

  • 3 tbsp. Corn groats;
  • Kilogram of pumpkin;
  • salt;
  • Three tablespoons Butter;
  • greenery.

Preparing such a mess is not more difficult than previous versions. We clean the pumpkin from the peel, cut into small pieces, put in hot water. Cook vegetables for a maximum of 15 minutes. Next, mix the corn groats with pumpkin, stirring all the time. We cook until ready. Before serving, we arrange in batches, pour oil, sprinkle with herbs.
