There is no recipe for pancakes on mineral water. Water should be used unsalted and not strongly carbonated. You need to pour it gradually, in this case the pancakes will be porous - due to air bubbles from the mineral water.

Ingredients:

  • Mineral water (cold) - 0,5 l;
  • Flour - 300 grams;
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. L .;
  • 3 eggs;
  • Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. L .;
  • Soda, extinguished with vinegar - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • Milk - about 300 ml;
  • salt.

Preparation

Whisk the eggs with sugar and salt. Then in this mass gradually add milk and mix well. Now extinguish the soda with vinegar and enter into the mixture. Gradually add flour and mix the dough immediately, so that no lumps form. The next step is to add vegetable oil and mix the dough again. In consistency, it should be like a pancake. Then pour in the mineral water, and the dough will become liquid. Bake pancakes should be in a very hot frying pan, then they will be removed without problems.

Pancakes on mineral water - dietary recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mineral water - 0.5 liters;
  • Sugar - 5 tbsp. L .;
  • Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. L .;
  • salt;
  • Flour - 2 cups.

Preparation:

Flour is poured into a saucepan. In it, gradually pour out the mineral water, without stopping to stir, in order to avoid the formation of lumps. Now add salt and sugar. The dough is ready, but before frying pancakes, it is recommended to leave it for about half an hour to insist. We spread the frying pan, grease it with bacon or vegetable oil and fry pancakes.

Pancakes with yeast

Ingredients:

  • Mineral water - 400 ml;
  • Flour - 1.5 cups;
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. Spoons (can be less);
  • salt;
  • Vegetable oil - a few spoons;
  • Yeast (dry) - 3 grams.

In a deep dish, mix flour and sugar. Fill them with a glass of warm mineral water and leave for about a quarter of an hour. While the mixture is being poured, it is necessary to prepare a spoon. To do this, yeast and a pinch of sugar fall asleep in yet another glass of warm mineral water and wait for the foam to form. Oparu pour into the dough (15 minutes after mixing it), stir and wait until the bubbles appear on top. After their formation, add oil and salt. Now you have to mix everything and start baking pancakes.
