Stuffed pork stomach: recipe with buckwheat and mushrooms

A necessary set of products: a scar, half a glass of boiled buckwheat, two hundred grams of minced meat (any), dried or frozen mushrooms (one hundred grams), two eggs, a onion, two cloves of garlic, 150 ml of sour cream and spices at your discretion (pepper, salt). In a deep container we pour two liters of water, we dissolve in it a large spoonful of salt and acetic essence. Let's drop the abomasum into the solution for three hours and the kidneys for an hour. With the tongue and ears, we remove dirt and stubble. Kidney pork we boil for an hour. Just do the language and ears - they should be cooked in a separate bowl for about 90 minutes with spices and baked vegetables.

Remove the white coating from the tongue, cut into pieces. Ears and kidneys - straw. We cut the beef fillet into neat pieces, season with salt and pepper, and combine it with the by-products. Fill this mass with the space of the scar, then lightly "bait" with ordinary threads and set to cook for a couple of hours. After that, the pork belly is stuffed with mayonnaise and baked for about an hour. Enjoy a culinary masterpiece!

Recipe with potatoes and bacon

The traditional dish of Scotland will please absolutely everyone, because it consists of the usual ingredients for us: half a liter of milk, one scar, two kilograms of potatoes, onions and lard (three hundred grams). As a seasoning, chopped black pepper, bay leaf and salt are used. For lovers of spicy, we suggest adding chili or bitter pepper.
