- The beginning of the exercise: it is necessary to simultaneously push off with two legs to the left and to the right. In this case, the push with the external leg should be stronger, while the inner one directs the movement.

2. Monoline. One must follow the other, forming a line.

- Starting position: the legs are bent at the knees, the trunk is slightly tilted forward, the leading leg is in front. The legs are located on the same line, the distance between the rollers is 6-8 cm. The body weight should be evenly distributed on both legs.

- The beginning of the exercise: It is necessary to push off with both feet, but the back foot is stronger. Next, the rear roller should exactly follow the trajectory of the front roller.

3. Eight. The legs must converge on one chip and go to the other and so on.

Correct execution of the exercise:

- Starting position: the legs are bent at the knees, the trunk is slightly tilted forward. The body weight should be evenly distributed on both legs.

- The beginning of the exercise: should be pushed with both feet with equal force, the legs should cross in front of one cone and diverge before the other.

When you move your back, you need to maximize your shoulders for a better view. Look at the cones through the shoulder, not from under the armpit. The emphasis should be on the two front wheels.

1. Wanfoot - riding on one leg.

2. Riding on one wheel (front and back).

- The leading leg should be put on the heel, the other - on the toe. Body weight should be distributed evenly on both legs. Knees should be on the same line. The wheels are also on the same line, the distance between them is 50 cm.

Another direction of roller skating is aggression. Skating on the curbs, jumping from the springboards, somersaults - this is only a small part of what activists can do.
