Sexual intercourse

Sexual life is a rather large concept. This concept includes everything that is aimed at strengthening those feelings that underlie the physical closeness between a woman and a man. An integral part is the sexual act. In addition, the physical closeness between a woman and a man provides for a certain culture of sex, in particular, and the relationship that develops between spouses in general.

Physiology of sexual intercourse

Aggregation is an unconditioned reflex and is presented as the final stage of the entire period of sexual life. Contrary to popular belief, coitus (sexual intercourse) is only part of the whole complex complex of sexual relations.

Before intercourse, there is always a more or less prolonged stage of the sexual dominant associated with the increased attraction and dominance of feelings and thoughts about the impending intimacy. At that time, the goal of direct rapprochement is quite clearly understood. In men, an increase in the content of androgens in the blood contributes to the appearance of an erection and, as a consequence, the widening of the blood vessels of the penis.

Sexual intercourse is a rather complicated process. Coitus is composed of certain physiological and psychological factors that come to replace each other with conditioned unconditioned reflexes, manifested in the form of certain phases. In this case, each subsequent can begin only after the previous one has reached a certain level of development. So, a healthy man without attraction does not have an erection, without it frictions are impossible, and orgasm does not come without ejaculation. At the same time, when the subsequent phase comes, the previous one not only accompanies, but also supports it actively. This is how the continuous intensification of the excitatory process is formed, which covers all the physiological systems in the body.

It is generally accepted that the sexual act consists of three main phases. The first - neurohumoral - presupposes hormonal saturation of blood. The second phase - mental - provides for a certain preparation for rapprochement. The next phase - the erection - involves the appearance of an erection in a man. Frictional phase is associated with the introduction of a member of the vagina and frictions until the moment of obtaining an orgasm with ejaculation. The final stage is the decline of all available reactions. This phase is more pronounced in men - during it temporarily disappears attraction. Along with this, the disappearance of the sensory element for a while does not imply the complete indifference of the spouses to each other. Man and woman experience the warmth of human love and mutual gratitude for satisfaction.

For a man characterized by a more rapid offensive and the course of physiological reactions, as well as a fairly sharp cessation of them. In women, as a rule, the preparatory period lasts longer, and the sense of satisfaction comes somewhat later and at a relatively slow pace, compared with a man. When a woman experiences love for a man, it is easier for her to tune into an intimate affinity with him, as a rule, in these cases an unprotected act occurs. Female excitement and subsequent satisfaction is enhanced by a sense of pleasure for the man. Male orgasm, which is accompanied by ejaculation, significantly increases the sexual arousal of a woman.

During sexual intercourse the blood pressure rises, the pulse becomes faster. In the phase of orgasm, the pulse rate can reach up to one hundred and twenty - one hundred and eighty beats per minute. A sharp rush of blood to the brain can cause for some time a disturbance of mental functions. Breathing becomes shallow and intermittent, and at the end of orgasm is replaced by a few deep breaths.
