Several variations on the theme: "Vegetable stew in a multivarquet with meat"

The approach of autumn is a time when we are actively starting to cook vegetables: fry, soar, stew, canned. One of the most colorful and useful dishes is a vegetable stew with meat. In the multivariate, this fragrant tasty food can not be cooked. Let's look at a few simple recipes.

Stew with meat and mushrooms

We will prepare a vegetable stew in the multi-bar "Panasonic". Ingredients take in the following proportions:

1) zucchini - 1 piece;

2) onions - 1 piece;

3) tomatoes - 1 piece;

4) carrots - 1 piece;

5) Pork meat - 0.5 kg;

6) potatoes - 5 pieces;

7) mushrooms - 300 grams;

8) garlic - 4 cloves;

9) seasonings for vegetables (optional);

10) black pepper, salt;

11) sunflower or melted butter.

Stew begin to cook with meat. We wash it and cut it into pieces of medium size. We install the program "Baking" on the multivark, fill in a little oil and lay out the pork. Meat is cooked for 20 minutes. Do not forget to stir it occasionally. Now you can send in a pan chopped onions and grated carrots. Stir the ingredients and leave to cook for 10 minutes. Then you can load cleaned and crumbled vegetables and mushrooms into the multivark. Add all the necessary spices and seasonings to taste, mix well the products and fill them with water. Turn on the timer for 50 minutes and cook the vegetable stew in the multivark with meat in the same mode. If you like dishes with a more acute taste, chopped garlic can be added after the stew is cooked.

Vegetables and lamb in beer

Starting with the classic recipe for vegetable ragout, let's move on to a less traditional way of cooking this dish - a vegetable stew in a multivark with meat and beer. Start with sliced lamb (500 grams) and chopped onions (2 pieces). We put the products in the preheated oil and fry for 10 minutes, setting the mode "Multi-cook" (temperature - 180 degrees). Now we are laying small chopped vegetables and greens:

  • Potatoes (6 pieces);
  • Celery (4 stems);
  • Carrots (2 pieces);
  • Garlic (3-4 teeth);
  • Rosemary (1 branch).

Add salt and pepper to taste. Stew stir and pour 500 ml of unfiltered beer. Vegetable stew in the multivarquet with meat leave to cook for 2 hours at a temperature of 120 degrees.

Ragout with turkey meat

In this version of cooking stewed vegetables, we will add turkey meat. Take a pound of meat and as much potatoes, one piece of carrots and onions. All these products are cut into small pieces and put in a bowl multivarochnoy saucepan, pre-pour a small amount of sunflower oil. We add a couple of laurel leaves. Solim and pepper to taste. We measure the water (1.5 cups) and pour into the food. Gently mix the prepared ingredients and put out the program "Quenching". As soon as the ready signal is triggered, the aromatic dish can be spread out over the plates!

Vegetable stew with chicken

In none of the recipes did we use cabbage. Now we offer to prepare a vegetable stew in a multivarquet with meat and cabbage. In the "Baking" mode, fry 500 grams of chicken meat in oil. After 20 minutes we lay crumbled products:

  • 2 carrots;
  • 3 potatoes;
  • 1 sweet pepper;
  • 200 grams of cabbage.

Season with bay leaves, pepper and salt. Pour water (200-250 ml) and stew for 90 minutes. Ready to serve stew with greens. Successful culinary experiments and a pleasant appetite!
