As a side dish to scallops from scallop, eggplants, fried zucchini, cauliflower or peas are suitable.

Ingredients for cutlets: 250-300 g scallop sea, white bread - a few small slices, a pair of onions, salt, a spoonful of butter and wheat flour, pepper, half a glass of lean oil, egg.

Ingredients for minced meat: green onion crushed - one spoon, dried mushrooms - 2-3 pieces, 2 tablespoons butter butter.

It is even easier to build an elementary sandwich, using non-fish products of the sea: squid, shrimp or scallops. How to cook? Muscles scallop sea boil, chop, put on slices of bread and pour mayonnaise. It will not be superfluous to decorate a sandwich with slices of fresh vegetables (tomato, cucumber), lettuce leaves. For 100 g of boiled sea products, you need to take 80 g of vegetables, 20 g of salad leaves, a couple of spoons of mayonnaise and 200 g of bread (preferably wheat).

Scallops are good as a cold snack. How to cook such a dish? Very simple. Meat scallop sea (200 g), dip into the water, which added salt, carrots, pepper and parsley root. Boil for about ten minutes. Leave the scallops cool in the same broth. Then cut the meat into thin slices, place on a plate, and next place a thinly sliced lemon (1/2 lemon). Suitable for scallops are pickled vegetables (pepper, cucumber, tomatoes - 300 g). Salt, carrots, pepper and parsley root for broth to add to taste.
