Sausages in puff pastry

Since childhood, we know that there are a huge number of kinds of sausages. If we compare sausages and sausages, their main difference is that sausages must be cooked before consumption: cook, bake and fry. But do not expect that the sausage contains any nutritional value. With its help, you can only satisfy your hunger.

The simplest way to quench such a hunger is to consider a sausage cooked in water. But there are also other ways of preparing them. Sausages in puff pastry is one of the most common. Preparing them is not so difficult, so almost everybody can do it.

Why sausages in puff pastry? Of course, you can cook any dough and yourself, but it's much easier to go to the store and buy a ready-made puff or a mixture of puff and yeast. And as you know, it is in the puff pastry, which is much lighter than the usual yeast, that the sausage taste remains the same. But when making sausages in a puff pastry, be extremely careful, since it has a specific feature - such a dough crumbles.

In order to cook sausages according to this recipe, it is necessary to prepare in advance a half kilogram of yeast dough, one egg, eight sausages and some vegetable oil. When all the ingredients have already been purchased, the dough should be thawed, rolled with a rolling pin and cut into flat rectangles or strips. Sausages can be used as whole, and cut in half.

Next, take a strip of our dough and wrap it around the sausage in the form of a spiral, the ends can be hidden under the dough. Finished sausages in a puff pastry spread on a greased pan of sunflower or butter and put it in the oven, heated to one hundred and eighty degrees. Periodically toasted pies must be tied with yolk. This is done so that a browned crust can form on the patties. If we want to be original and unusual, sprinkle with sesame seeds. In the oven, such sausages are baked in the dough for more than half an hour. In the end, it should turn out delicious and satisfying. This breakfast will energize your body for a whole day. Moreover, you can take it with you to study, work, picnic in nature.
