There are a lot of cooking options for these dishes. Here you can show imagination using different ingredients. The main thing is that they fit together well. Classical are sandwiches with red fish. However, there is also room for experimentation.

The decoration of any table can be sandwiches with red fish, which are called "The King of France". They include several ingredients. In addition to smoked salmon, you will also need red and black caviar. To prevent this dish from becoming ruinous, it is possible to replace black caviar with a cheaper analogue. This will not make sandwiches less tasty.

The name of this snack speaks for itself. So, we are preparing sandwiches with red fish. The photo and the appearance of this dish is already an appetite. For the basis, we take white bread. We spread slices with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Smoked salmon is cut into pieces, but not very thick. Above lay red and black caviar in small quantities. All this can be decorated with greens, but sandwiches with red fish are already impressive with their beauty.

When preparing these dishes, you can use salted fish, steamed or baked on the grill, in the oven or microwave.

To prepare the next dish, you need 4 slices of sliced white bread, two pieces (or more, depending on the size) of salmon, two fresh cucumbers, dill, basil, pepper, salt, lettuce and 100 grams of soft cheese. Salmon can be slightly salted and fried. Cheese is used curd, goat or cream. Cut the greens as small as possible. Mix it with cheese, pepper and salt. Cut cucumbers in thin circles.

Now we form sandwiches with red fish. We take slices of bread and spread them with a mixture of cheese and greens. On two slices we put lettuce leaves, and then we spread out cucumbers. After this, there is a layer of fish, which is also covered with a leaf of lettuce. Now for the resulting sandwich we put the second piece of bread, also smeared with cheese mass, and lightly pressed. This snack can be taken for a walk, to nature or wrap the child in school. You can also submit to the table. To do this, cut the sandwiches into pieces and pierce them on the skewers.

It is not necessary to use whole pieces of red fish for making sandwiches. You can chop the salted salmon, mix it with sliced cucumber (marinated), mayonnaise and cheese (it is better to take soft varieties). With this mixture we spread the prepared slices of bread and serve them on the table for breakfast.

Usually sandwiches with red fish are served with white bread. But you can use black - it will add some piquancy. Excellent with fish combined greens (dill or parsley). You can use twigs to decorate or take chopped greens and sprinkle ready-made sandwiches. Of course, one of the classic combinations is fish and lemon.
