Location

Residential complex "Spring" (Aprelevka) has the address: Naro-Fominsky district, Aprelevka, Yasnaya street. It separates the LCD from the village of Kromino. A little further, just beyond the Desna River, lie the land of the Martemyanovo village. The neighborhood, in which the LC "Spring" is built, is called by analogy with the nearest village - Martemyanovo-7. In the complex there is another street - Jasmine. It is much shorter than Clear, but in the mail address of some buildings it is her. Near the LCD there are no large urban buildings, only garden associations "Pensioner" and "Dachnoe", as well as a new modern cottage community in Kromino. The city itself with all its infrastructure lies on the other side of the Kiev highway, to which the complex does not exceed 200 meters. If you go along the highway, to the Moscow Ring Road from the complex "Spring" 27 km, and to Naro-Fominsk 28 km.

Transport accessibility

Despite the fact that in some distance from Moscow the residential complex "Viasna" was built, the Kiev highway allows motorists to reach the Salarievo or Rumyantsevo metro stations in a quarter of an hour. Ecology

In a beautiful and ecologically clean place was erected a residential complex "Spring". Aprelevka used to be famous for the whole country with its factory of records. Now in its building there are various offices, and the plant itself has not been operating for more than 20 years. There are no large enterprises polluting the atmosphere in the city. The only problem faced by residents of the first stage of LCD "Spring" - these are old sewage treatment plants that could not cope with their load. According to many apartment owners, at first there were unpleasant smells in the complex. Now these structures are being reconstructed, so all the bad flavors literally vanished. However, the problem has not yet been resolved, since perennial sewage in the Desna, the MPC of which was exceeded in dozens of times, significantly polluted the river. They were carried out near the Martemyanovsky bridge, not far from the complex. The second source, which reduces ecological indicators, is the Kiev highway, which is less than 200 meters from the nearest buildings of "Vesna". With the exception of these two positions, the environmental situation in the complex is quite favorable. It is built in an environment of gardens, near the forest park area, which makes it possible for its residents to make interesting walks regularly, organize picnics in nature, and most importantly, breathe clean air.

Project Description

Both the tenants and investors consider the residential complex "Viasna" (Aprelevka) very attractive. The Moscow region now offers customers dozens of excellent LCDs, but only this one is the winner of the "Real Estate Market Records" contest, which the complex won in 2013. Under its development, 35 hectares of land have been allocated, where a total of 16 multi-section buildings of 6-12 floors are planned to be built. They are arranged so as to form cozy patios in which there are no parking zones. Parking will be built outside the territory. According to the general plan, it will be multi-level, accommodating 2500 units of vehicles. The adjacent territory is planned to decorate with green plantations, set benches, break flower beds. For children in each courtyard are already equipped with colorful playgrounds, and for sports fans created bicycle paths, built sports grounds. It is noteworthy that the whole territory of the complex is fenced, the entrance to it is carried out through the checkpoint, equipped with a barrier.

The buildings of the complex are built according to monolithic brick technology. The facades are finished with ceramic tiles. All of them have spectacular glazing of balconies. Entrance areas in the houses are light and spacious, equipped with high-speed safety elevators.

Infrastructure in the territory

Residential complex "Spring" is not without reason recognized as the best among similar housing projects. Its creators tried to include in the general plan all the social facilities necessary for a comfortable life. A supermarket, a small grocery store, two kindergartens have already been built on the territory of the LCD, a school is being built at a rapid pace, which will take the first students in 2018. In the future, a large shopping center will open here. The first floors of some (not all) buildings are also given for office premises, where they are going to place a dental clinic, a children's club, a cafe. The opinions of the residents of the complex on this issue diverge. Some believe that social and cultural objects are needed, while others want to see only the most necessary things on their territory - kindergartens and a school, because they are afraid that there will be a lot of fuss and noise from other institutions.

Infrastructure in the area

Residential complex "Spring" is being built next to the already inhabited areas of the city, where there is a developed infrastructure. So, within 500 meters from the LCD there is a kindergarten, two supermarkets, an emergency hospital, a credit bank, a restaurant, and within a radius of 1000 meters Bank Vozrozhdenie, construction shops, several cafes, a restaurant, school number 4, a polyclinic. All these institutions are located so close that the residents of "Spring" can walk there, but they will have to cross the constantly loaded Kiev highway, which causes some inconvenience.

Apartments in the residential complex "Vesna"

In this LCD there is a large selection of apartments both in area and in terms of planning. In the first stage, the studios were offered with an area of 21-28 m 2 . In the remaining queues there are the following apartment options:

Plans in the LCD are very different. One category of apartments has classic kitchens ranging from 9 m 2 to 15 m 2 . The second turn, including 8 buildings, was to be delivered in the third quarter of the last year, 2016, divided into 2 stages. The first consisted of four buildings (Nos. 9 to 12). The developer successfully completed and commissioned them in June. The delivery of the second stage, which also includes 4 buildings (Nos. 5 to 8), was moved to the IV quarter. Interest holders who have not yet received the keys, note one drawback: the deadline for the second stage of the second stage has been postponed several times, and as a result the corps has not been handed over yet.
