LCD "Liner" (Cheboksary) - a pearl in the construction industry

In the heart of the city there was a new LCD "Liner". Cheboksary was decorated with a multi-storey building of a bizarre form of construction - in the form of a sea liner, dissecting waves. This place is not chosen by chance, because the bay is located next to it.

Description of the complex

Overlooking the bay is a multi-storey LCD "Liner". Address it: st. Pirogov in the city of Cheboksary. This place was chosen not by chance. Its history begins in 2007, when it was decided to develop a neighborhood on the embankment, Moscow architects were entrusted with designing. Experts did not disappoint - LCD "Liner" (Cheboksary they are rightfully proud) turned out to be a proud ship.

But the crisis of 2008 has stalled construction, the freezing of which lasted almost 5 years. In 2013, developers and designers shifted the business from a dead center and a construction project was launched on the embankment.

LCD "Liner" Cheboksary decorates, it completes the picture of the neighborhood on the waterfront. In appearance it is elegant and modern, when it was erected, the newest energy-saving technologies were used and the slightest nuances of the surrounding landscape were taken into account.

The whole building is constructed by a single complex, block-sections with different floors: 12-18 floors. It is made in the form of an arc. Outside the house is lined with light ceramic granite. For the convenience of seeing the surrounding beauties, it is equipped with panoramic balconies and terraces, closed with stained glass.

Similarity with the ocean liner is only reinforced by the walking boulevard located along the house, in width resembling the deck.

As in many modern buildings, the lower floor is planned to be non-residential, for the placement of shops and offices. So with LC "Liner". Cheboksary is a big city, and there are many organizations that offer their services in the sphere of trade and services to the population that could take up new premises.

Location

As already mentioned above, as a rule, in large cities are located in places with a well-developed infrastructure of new buildings. Cheboksary is no exception. This is the situation with the residential complex we are considering. It is located almost in the center of the LCD "Liner". Cheboksary has a developed transport system, so the working tenants of the complex can get to their work anywhere in the city on any mode of transport: public or private.
