Procurement and storage

The collection of the ground part of the plant is carried out during the flowering period, usually at the end of summer. The stems are neatly torn off, then sorted, removing the deformed parts, and a thin layer (no more than 5 cm) is laid out on a pallet. Dry the grass in a dark, ventilated room, turning it from time to time so that it does not damp. Otherwise, the plant loses its healing qualities.

Approximately on the third day the grass already dries up and is ready for use. The resulting raw material is packaged in tissue bags and stored in a room with good ventilation. Do not store dried grass for more than two years. During this period, almost all the useful properties that the carnation possesses are lost.
