Pour in the flour and deprive it of a raw aftertaste by frying in such fragrant grease. Flour will not only change the taste, but also the color. Then pour the broth into the pan (you need two or three glasses) in small portions, stirring gently. Now move your soup into a pan, because in a frying pan it does not go for a walk. When it boils again, pour in the cream. Immediately reduce the heat to almost no boiling. Wipe the grated cheese in a pot in portions, stirring until completely dissolved. The turn of the beer came. Pour it into the soup without any regret! There - salt, nutmeg, pepper. It will boil for about five to seven minutes to evaporate the alcohol, and you can serve by putting croutons, cracklings and small pieces of boiled chicken breast into each plate.
