Radical diet is a thorny path to fast harmony

The dream of many people, whom nature has not awarded a slim figure, is to choose a diet to reduce weight quickly and without stress. The question is, of course, complicated, but there is a way out: a radical diet, the name of which speaks for itself, since the menu in this case is really unusual.

Judging by the most positive feedback, you can actually lose up to twenty kilograms a week. But it should be warned, success is very difficult. Despite the fact that this free diet for weight loss gives amazing results, a shake-up for the body will be noticeable: after all, you will have to completely redraw your meal schedule for as many as fourteen days.

The methodology is based on very strict food restrictions, which, with unaccustomed use, may seem too difficult. And first of all, you need to undergo a certain examination, since a radical diet is contraindicated in certain diseases - gastrointestinal, vascular, hypotension and anemia, etc.

In addition, one should not forget about the positive attitude with which to adhere to rigid restrictions in nutrition will be much easier.

Speaking about the basic principles that this fast and effective diet contains in itself, it is necessary to mention, first, about fairly strict limitations in the amount of servings, and also, as mentioned above, in the time of eating. The amount of food per day should be divided into four meals, which will be breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. A mandatory condition is a four-hour break between meals, and the last portion, designed for dinner, you can use no later than six in the evening. Radical diet provides the most stringent restrictions in the first week, the second will be slightly easier, although special liberties in the diet are also unacceptable. Adaptation to the new food system will occur within two to three days, then comes a relative addiction. Do not adhere to this regime for more than fourteen days, so as not to cause harm to health.

The first week of the radical diet menu:

Monday: egg 3 - pieces, potatoes small - 5 pieces;

Tuesday: 200 ml of kefir low-fat, cottage cheese 100 g, can be filled with low-fat sour cream;

Wednesday: a liter of fruit juice, half a liter of kefir, two small apples;

Thursday: beef or chicken boiled - 400 g, of beverages a radical diet allows tea without sugar;

Friday: for a choice of pears or apples - 500 g;

Saturday: boiled potatoes - 3 pieces, yogurt (it is quite possible kefir) - 300 ml;

Sunday: kefir low-fat - 0,5 liters.

Second week:

Monday: egg, boiled beef meat - 200 g, medium-sized tomatoes - 2 pieces;

Tuesday: salad of cucumbers and tomato, as a dressing - vegetable oil, boiled beef - 100 grams, two apples;

Wednesday: rye bread - 70 g, boiled beef meat - 100 g, two apples;

Thursday: rye bread 150 g, boiled beef meat - 100 g, egg - two pieces;

Friday: yogurt - 500 ml, apples - 700 g, boiled potatoes - 3 pieces;

Saturday: chicken boiled - 300 g, cucumbers - 2 small or one large, as a drink - tea without sugar;

Sunday: apples - 2 pieces, boiled potatoes - 4 pieces.
