I was lucky to try lasagna once a guest. I did not even think that behind this word there is such an amazing yummy. I liked it so much that I decided to try to cook it myself. The best search for a good recipe was, of course, the Internet. It should be noted that cooking lasagna at home is not a very complicated process, it only takes a lot of time. I offer you the method of making lasagna, which was used by herself. It all turned out very delicious, the family appreciated.

Preparation of lasagne at home: it all starts with a dough and cooking sauce

The country of origin of lasagna is Italy. Already someone, and the Italians know for sure the price of really delicious food. They even from a small amount of products can cook such that just lick your fingers.

The basis for lasagna are special sheets of dough, which can be bought today in major shops of the city without any special problems. But I want to offer you a simple recipe test for lasagna, and suddenly you do not have the opportunity to buy those sheets.

For the test, we need flour (500 g), olive oil (30 ml), two eggs, salt, half a cup of water.

Flour before the preparation of the dough should be sifted into a bowl, then make a small groove in the center, and in it to drive in eggs, pour water, olive oil and add a half-spoonful of salt. Knead the elastic uniform in consistency dough. Then cover it with a towel and put in a warm place for about thirty minutes. After that, we divide the dough into several parts, roll each part into a thin layer, and then cut out long strips from each layer, cover them with a napkin.

Next, preparing lasagna at home means cooking a special sauce, which is called just like Béchamel. To do this, one small in size bulb should be chopped, put in a frying pan, pour two cups of milk and bring to a boil. The finished mass is removed from the plate and cooled. At this time in the frying pan you need to melt four tablespoons of butter, add half a glass of flour to it, mix everything. Once the flour is golden, pour the milk into it (slowly, with a thin trickle), stirring constantly. Add salt to the sauce, as well as pepper, cook for twenty minutes. Then the sauce must be cooled.

Preparation of lasagne at home with cheese and minced meat

Just want to note that this is not the only recipe, but very tasty. Prepare the following products in advance:

· Kilogram of minced meat (pork, chicken)

· Three large tomatoes

· Two pickled cucumbers

· Three hundred grams of Parmesan cheese

· Four cloves of garlic

· Olive oil

· Salt

· Greenery (basil, oregano)

· Pepper

Preparation: In a frying pan without using any kind of oil, grill forcemeat until juice comes out of it. Only after that you can add a small amount of olive oil.

Mix in a bowl grated tomatoes, finely chopped cucumbers, chopped greens and squeezed garlic. Mix everything, add pepper and salt to taste. If the house has a blender, then you can crush it with it. So it's easier to get a homogeneous mass.

The ready dressing is added to the ground meat and we continue to fry for twenty minutes. After this time, sprinkle it all with cheese and wait for the moment when it melts.

We begin to make lasagna. Spread on a baking sheet, which should be oiled with olive oil and cooked sauce, several sheets of dough so that one of them would go a little to the other. Then put the filling on the dough, pour the sauce over it, and put a new layer of dough on top. Do the same with the subsequent layers, but remember that the top layer should go only the dough. Sprinkle the lasagna with cheese and bake the oven for twenty minutes.
