Often patients describe a feeling of strong inner tension, from which it seems that everything "rings" inside. Thus, the patient can feel a dangerous condition simply physically. Needless to say, this all threatens the life of the patient. Especially elderly people and those who lead a sedentary lifestyle.

Consequences of pre-stroke state

The pre-insult condition is dangerous first of all in that at any moment it may occur a blockage of the vessels of the brain or their rupture. At this time, you need to put the patient so that his head is above the surface on which the patient is lying, and use for this pillows, blankets or clothes. Be sure to provide the patient with free air access, untie the belt, unbuttoning his narrow clothes and opening the window in the room where he is. If there is a vomiting attack, it is necessary to turn the patient sideways, which will protect the respiratory tract, and substitute a bag or container. After that, his mouth is cleaned.
