Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 9 - 11 pieces;

  • Tomato paste - 120 g;
  • Broth - 400 ml;

Initially, you need to rinse the potatoes, dry it and grind it with salt. Then each potato wrapped in foil densely and bake at 190 degrees for an hour. Meanwhile, in a skillet fry the minced meat on a small fire for about 7 minutes. Chop onion and chilli finely, then add to the stuffing. Also to the stuffing should be added salt, tomato paste, pour in broth and simmer for 18 minutes. Now add the strained beans and corn, after which it is still for about 6 minutes. When the potatoes are ready, it should be taken out of the oven and cut in half. Then remove the pulp with a teaspoon and add it to the meat with vegetables. With prepared minced meat, fill half the potatoes and decorate with greens. Potatoes stuffed with minced meat ready! Serve the dish hot.

Food for cooking (for 4 persons):

  • Potatoes - 4 pieces;
  • Minced pork - 160 g;
  • Sausage - 60 g;
  • Ground beef - 120 g;
  • Onion - a pair of pieces;
  • olive oil;
  • Tomato sauce - 230 g;
  • Carrots - 1 piece;
  • Mayonnaise - 230 g;
  • Salt, paprika.

Initially, wash the potatoes and boil in a uniform. It is advisable to take a potato that does not boil. Then cool it. Chop the onions finely, and grate the carrots. Pour the oil into a frying pan and simmer the carrot and onion for about 8 minutes. Then add minced meat, salt, pepper and diced sausage. Then pour the tomato sauce and fry for another couple of minutes. When the potatoes cool, it is necessary to cut off the third part along each of the potatoes and carefully remove the flesh. Then add the pulp to the stuffing and mix. Prepared potatoes filled with minced meat and pour over mayonnaise (you can squeeze out a small amount of garlic for taste). Now put the stuffed potatoes on a baking tray and bake for a few minutes on the grill.

Cooking products (for 4 persons):

  • Potatoes - 4 pieces;
  • Onions - a few pieces;
  • Mushrooms - 450 g;
  • Cheese - 120 g;
  • Greens, olive oil, salt.

Potatoes should be rinsed and cut in half, without cleaning at the same time. Using a spoon, carefully remove the core. Put on a baking sheet, which is pre-lubricated with oil and covered with foil. In this form, bake for about 43 minutes at 170 degrees. Meanwhile, the onions and mushrooms fry lightly, add salt and add greens. When the potatoes are ready, fill it with a mushroom filling, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Then again put in the oven and bake about 16. Dish is ready!

Products for cooking:

  • Mushrooms - 230 g;
  • Onions - a few pieces;
  • Potatoes - 7-8 pieces;
  • Salt, greens, vegetable oil.

Initially, the onions must be cleaned, washed and cut into cubes. Now rinse the mushrooms, then cut into small slices. After this, fry the mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil for 7 minutes. Wash potatoes, peel and remove the flesh carefully with a teaspoon spoon. Then a little salt and fill the heart with mushrooms. Potato halves put on a baking tray and put everything in the oven. The dish is baked at 190 degrees until potatoes are ready. Before serving decorate with greens.
