Pork soup: the recipe can be changed to infinity

A full dinner many of us consider the complex composition of dishes: first, second, third. Specialists of healthy nutrition, doctors and nutritionists also argue that the first - a liquid dish - adjusts the body to digest a firmer consistency of the second: meat or fish. Therefore, the utility (and deliciousness) of the first dish: borscht, soup, soup or broth can not be denied. The best option among the above is soup. He wins both in terms of less time (compared to borsch), and the final feeling of satiety (compared with the ear or broth).

Pork soup is especially delicious . The recipe for such a soup can be completely different. Some prefer the classic version, when potatoes, carrots, onions, spices and herbs are used. Others do without potatoes, replacing it with rice, beans, and sometimes simply adding carrots and greens to the meat.

In terms of cooking meat, you are also free to choose what you prefer. Many housewives, for example, boil a piece of pork, then cut the finished meat into pieces and add the rest of the ingredients. Others, on the contrary, reduce the cooking time and immediately cut the meat into small pieces. The latter method seems most convenient, and the taste of cooked is unlikely to lose the traditional three-hour cooking.

So, how to cook soup from pork most quickly and tasty? The recipe suggests that you need to cut the pork into small pieces and, pouring water, bring to a boil. After you remove the foam, you should reduce the heat and cook the meat for about half an hour. At this time, you can clean and cut potatoes, carrots and onions. By the way, it's better to cut into pieces of medium size: grated carrots and small pieces of potato risk to quickly boil, and as a result you can get not soup, and vegetable puree with pieces of meat. You can also pre-fry vegetables in vegetable oil, although, in terms of use, it will be better to simply add the prepared ingredients to the pan. If desired, many housewives add even tomatoes and Bulgarian pepper. The time of final cooking depends on the desired result. If your households are used to soft ingredients, then the time after adding vegetables can be increased. If you think that only potatoes should be cooked, and the rest of the vegetables can generally be eaten raw - then half an hour will be enough. And then for all the cooking (taking into account the first half hour - for cooking the meat itself), you will spend no more than an hour.

In any case, the recipe allows you to cook soup from pork as you like. Just do not forget to add a little before the end and add pepper, bay leaf and greens.

By the way, in such a soup for variety, you can add beans. Since many prefer potatoes to beans or peas, the second dish cooked in this way will please your relatives. Therefore, beans can both completely replace the potato, and become an additional component in the soup.

To make the pork soup with beans especially tasty, use fresh or dry beans, not the canned preserves. Of course, canned beans will reduce the time of cooking, and so do not need to soak it. But the fact is that if you get into the soup, it will immediately lose its taste. Therefore, do not be lazy to soak it for the night, and before you start the meat, cook the beans for half an hour in the same pan.

Also, a very peculiar taste has pork soup, the recipe of which includes rice. And although the presence of pork does not allow us to talk about the dietary qualities of soup, rice will greatly contribute to its better assimilation. In this case, you can exclude the potatoes and confine themselves to carrots, onions, greens, bell peppers and tomatoes (which can be replaced with tomato paste). Rice should be run when meat and vegetables are half ready. The end of cooking should be timed to the time of preparation of the cereal (which is cooked for about ten to twenty minutes). Pork soup with rice is especially useful for those who have problems with digestion.

Bon Appetit.
