No stress and alcohol - glycine, the formula of a new generation.

The composition of glycine includes aminoacetic acid, which is actually not a drug, but a biotic, and has a regulatory effect on metabolic processes, especially in the cerebral cortex. One of the rare drugs that activate the work of the central nervous system is glycine, the formula of which practically does not give side effects. In this case, glycine normalizes the process of protective inhibition in the central nervous system, relieves emotional tension, improves brain activity.

According to its chemical composition, glycine (its formula C2H5NO2) is a simple aliphatic amino acid without optical isomers. The drug is an alpha1-adenoblocker, an antioxidant, has an antitoxic effect, regulates the activity of NMDA receptors. For more than ten years, glycine has been prescribed to children from the youngest age, which helps to remove problems of hyperactivity, poor sleep, improves memory and attention among schoolchildren.

Since glycine MCPP improves metabolic processes in the brain, the drug is used in many cases associated with a violation of its work, regardless of the origin of these disorders.

With head injuries accompanied by a concussion, glycine, whose chemical properties help to cope with the consequences, take several days in a higher dosage, gradually shifting to the norm (1 tablet 3 times a day). It should be noted that the effect of the drug is significantly reduced if taken as a conventional medicine. Glycine must be placed under the tongue, so it is absorbed better and quickly has the desired effect.

Glycine allows you to avoid the use of severe psychotropic drugs in diseases such as vegetative-vascular dystonia (with panic attacks), reduces depressive syndrome, helps to combat stress in adverse life situations.

It is very effective to use glycine in the fight against the manifestations of drug addiction and alcoholism. The fact is that the receptors of both the brain and spinal cord, which are sensitive to the action of the drug, suppressively act on neurons. Therefore, the drug is also a mild antidepressant, a tranquilizer and a sedative. It is those anxious states, from which many people are saved by alcohol, are perfectly removed by glycine, suppressing the symptoms of overexcitation and aggression.

In addition, glycine is very effective in the period of withdrawal from the alcohol hangover, which is characterized by poor health and is often the cause of new long-term abuse. Ethyl alcohol, decomposing in the body, forms acetaldehyde - a toxic substance, which must be disinfected as soon as possible and removed from the body. Getting into the body, glycine (the formula of its composition has this feature) reacts with acetaldehyde and forms a harmless compound acetylglycine, from which enzymes, proteins and hormones are subsequently synthesized. Again, having a soothing effect and clearing the head, it prevents the appearance of an attraction to alcohol.

The intake of the drug during the withdrawal syndrome is slightly increased compared to the norm, and gradually, after the removal of the most severe symptoms, is brought to the usual recommended dosage with the subsequent transition to preventive use.

Glycin take courses. The duration of the course can be from two weeks to four. During the year there are usually several such courses, but although glycine has no contraindications, like any medical preparation, it is better to take it under the care of a doctor.

The basis for the production of glycine, in general, is the cartilaginous tissue of cattle. You can replace glycine by usual coolant, its formula is very similar. In the usual cold glycine is in large quantities, and in gelatin it is up to 20%. Therefore, planning a feast, it's nice to have jelly fish, jelly or at least jujube on the table.

Glycine in preventive use can solve many problems, both at home and at work. The drug will help avoid unnecessary conflicts and rash actions dictated by emotionally unstable state.
