The main feature of the drug called Regidron for children is that the sodium content in it is reduced, and osmolarity is also reduced, which significantly increases the effectiveness of this drug. It is worth noting that in the first ten hours it is recommended to give the child a solution at the rate of one hundred milliliters per one kilogram of his body weight. At the end of this time, the dose should be reduced tenfold. Children, age from three to six years, in the first five to six hours can drink no more than one liter of Regidron. If after this a new attack of vomiting or a loose stool occurs, you need to drink another two hundred milliliters. Do not forget that the pharynx should be small.
