After that, in a thin trickle, pour the milk into the skillet, stirring well while stirring, and bring to a boil. All this mass must be heated until it becomes like liquid sour cream. Note that during the preparation of the sauce you must constantly monitor that it was without lumps. Then add salt and, to taste, nutmeg or garlic. In the casserole form, lay out the pasta in an even layer, put half of the Béchamel sauce on it, the third layer will be minced, and the remainder of the sauce will be smeared on it. In the end sprinkle with grated cheese. We must remember that when laying out each of the layers, it is necessary to properly level it. All this should be put in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
