Vallo Kirs was born in Rakvere, Estonia on November 23, 1987. Since childhood, the young man wanted to play in the theater and just wanted to become a football player. But creative nature won. After graduating from the gymnasium in Rakvere in 2007, Vallo decides to enter the University of the Culture Academy in Viljandi, since in 2006 he already successfully performed his first role in the movie "Stranger", and it was this that predetermined his future destiny.

Vallo to date, starred in four well-known films of Estonian production and countless sets of theater productions. The first picture was published in 2006, when Vallo Kirs still studied at the gymnasium. This was the film "Stranger", in which the young man played the main role of Ott.

The second with the Estonian actor in the main role and the most successful was the film "Class". This picture raises difficult topics: the toughness of adolescents, what is a crime, and what can the offending childish cost. Director Ilmar Raag notes that to remove this film, he was prompted by events in the American school, when two students brought weapons to the school, shot 15 schoolchildren, and then shot themselves. The picture of Ilmar tells of the life of the student, over which the entire class mocks. The cup of patience was filled with public sexual violence, which was the cause of the bloody denouement. The film is divided into seven parts, each of which tells about each day in the Estonian school, preceding the tragedy. This film was approved by the Estonian government and strongly recommended to students and students. If a whole class led by a teacher came to the session, then they received a substantial discount on tickets. The film was recognized by the society as resonant and received two prizes at the 42nd Film Festival in Karlovy Vary.

In 2009, Ilmar Raag decided to withdraw the continuation of the film in the form of a television series consisting of 7 series, entitled "Class: Life After", which involves some cut scenes from the film.

In 2009, Vallo Kirs also played another major role. It was Paul in the short film "The Hound".
