"Mill" - an exercise for a beautiful waistline

A healthy lifestyle and a beautiful figure is the dream of any woman. Extra pounds are primarily deposited on the stomach, but as we would like to have a slender wasp waist. For this, a set of exercises should be performed daily, among which is the "Mill". Classical "Mill" is an exercise. How to do?

To begin with, you should do a good workout: running in place, jumping on   Rope, squats. After the body warms up a little and the muscles are ready for intensive training, you can proceed to the most important thing. To accept the initial position, you should stand straight, spread your legs to the width of your shoulders, bend the body forward at a right angle, the chest and stomach should be parallel to the floor. "Mill" - an exercise that must necessarily be performed without additional burden on the back, so the legs can be diluted a little wider so that they are even.

Hands should be spread apart, also parallel to the floor, inhaling and, on exhalation, touch with the right hand of the toe of the opposite leg, without lifting the heel and bending the legs in the knees. While the right hand is directed downward, the left arm rises above the back. Thus, it turns a kind of rotation of the body, and vice versa - the left hand is directed to the right leg, and the right one rises. You should feel that your back is smooth, and your arms are strong. Such movements will help to reduce lateral muscles on the abdomen and waist.

Some recommendations

If you feel tired in your hands, legs or back, take the starting position and after a while again repeat. "Mill" - an exercise that should be performed no more than twice a day with approaches of 10 turns in each direction.

If you work this exercise well, you can start to complicate it: cave in below, get your hands not to your toes, but to your feet, you can pick up dumbbells or some other kind of weight.

When the muscles of the sides and abdomen begin to become more elastic, you will notice a good result: the body will become slimmer and the waist will acquire attractive outlines. The main thing - do not stop there!
