However, do not forget that such a diet is a serious shake-up for the body, therefore, firstly, it is necessary to abandon sports for the time of the diet, and in general to reduce physical activity, and secondly, it should not be repeated more than once a month. And then only in the event that during this period do not use other diets.

Fruit-milk diet is a good alternative to mono-diet. It is designed for a period of 3 to 7 days. It is certainly much easier to carry, since the calorie content of this diet is higher, and the products are more diverse. For her, only non-acidic fruits are suitable: apples, bananas, pears, peaches and the like. In addition, in small quantities, the use of honey and raisins is acceptable.

The menu for this diet looks like this: the first breakfast consists of 120 g of low-fat yogurt, one fruit and tea or coffee. In the tea, you can add up to 20 grams of honey and milk. The second meal - 100 grams of any porridge on the water, you can cook porridge on skim milk. In addition, 125 grams of cottage cheese and 200 ml of milk. Lunch: fruit salad, seasoned with fat-free yogurt or yogurt, boiled egg. Instead of salad and eggs, you can eat 100 grams of cottage cheese. They drink kefir or fermented milk. For dinner, you need to eat a fruit, 125 grams of yogurt and a glass of milk.
