Today, among athletes, drying the body is becoming more popular. It includes a set of measures to reduce the body fat cells in order to give greater relief to the muscles.

Why do we need to dry the body?

When performing strength exercises or aerobic training in the body, anabolism begins to prevail, which makes the process of losing weight and simultaneous muscle building impossible. But many people want to show all the beauty of their body, and often it is not easy to do because of a layer of subcutaneous fat. In such cases, a diet for body drying for men becomes a necessity.

What is drying?

Some people think that drying is a process of removing water. This is an incorrect statement. In fact, drying is depriving the body of carbohydrates, which stimulates the breakdown of fatty tissue. Proper drying of the body allows you to lose weight and build up a dry body weight.

Drying power

A diet for body drying for men limits the amount of fats and carbohydrates in the diet, so it is called carbohydrate or ketone. It is very harmful to the body, especially when rules are not respected. It is better not to use any fat burners, because they have a detrimental effect on health. When drying the body, the menu will be slightly different from the usual one. Try to drink more green or ginger tea without sugar, as well as ordinary clean water. Ideal will be a 6-7-time meal a day. Your diet should contain the following foods.

1. Basic. They can be eaten in any quantity, but try to salt them as little as possible:

  • Eggs;
  • Boiled chicken fillet or squid fillet;
  • Boiled or baked lean white fish.

2. Sources of carbohydrates:

  • Cucumbers, greens, cabbage;
  • Buckwheat, oatmeal.

In general, any diet for body drying for men consists of 5 main periods:

1 period lasts from 2 to 3 weeks. At this time, you should consume as many proteins as possible and as few carbohydrates as possible.

2 period - low-carbohydrate diet. Lasts from 4 to 6 weeks. The proportion of fats in the diet should be 10-20%, and proteins 50-60%. All the rest is carbohydrates.

3 period - a non-carbohydrate diet. The duration of this period depends entirely on the expected outcome and health status, but do not try it for too long. The protein content should be increased to 80%, carbohydrates reduced to 10%, and fat remains 20.

4 period - "draining" of water. Products during this period should be predominantly protein, water is a distillate. This period should last no more than a week.

5 period - carbohydrate discharge, lasts several days and allows you to restore the original volume of muscles.

But do not forget that the diet for body drying for men is simply one way of making muscles more visibly and does not benefit the body. In fact, drying is the "tuning" of the body in a fairly short time.
