Milk analyzer: characteristics and description

The production and processing of milk is one of the spheres of agriculture. Its obligatory stage is to control and evaluate the quality of raw materials. For this purpose, a number of indicators are calculated, which is carried out with the help of special equipment - a milk analyzer.

Purpose of the device

The milk analyzer is a device for assessing the quality of dairy products. It allows you to quickly and accurately establish the following indicators: density, fat content, availability of additives and harmful substances, lactose, acidity level, sample temperature, etc.

The milk analyzer analyzes the product without the use of chemical reagents. This ensures hygiene and environmental friendliness of the evaluating product.

  6. In cheese: the concentration of salt, the amount of SOMO, proteins and fats.

How to use

Basically, the preparation of the device for use and carrying out the analysis take place according to the following scheme:

  1. Place the milk analyzer in a convenient location in an upright position. It is important that the surface is flat and stable. It is ideal to use the analyzer on a table or pedestal.
  2. Set the desired mode of operation. After selecting the mode, the device will start to warm up. Usually, the warm-up is performed automatically immediately after the device is connected to the network. After heating, the display shows the readiness of the analyzer to work.
  3. Fill a special sample container with the required amount of milk and place it in the apparatus according to the instructions. The sample temperature must be within the recommended values.
  4. When performing an analysis using a sucking pump, you should install a tube with a tube and select the appropriate mode. Then fill the measuring cup with milk and put in the sampling site. After the milk is sucked into the device, measurement will start.
  5. Analysis of milk without a pump occurs with the use of a piston, under the influence of which the milk enters the measuring chamber.
  6. After the analysis is complete, the measurement results are displayed on the display.
  7. To keep the device working, keep it clean. After using the analyzer, the measuring chamber and tubes should be thoroughly rinsed, following the instructions.
