Parents often have to dodge and invent all sorts of tricks to feed the child. And only the rare lucky ones will tell you that their baby eats everything with the joy, without much effort and expense of the nerve cells of mom and dad. Such sensible "little old men" are still very rare. Therefore, mothers come up with games and figurines from dishes, at times, in a completely unexpected performance: both sweet and chocolate, and sour cream, and with glazes, with handles, legs and horns. Difficulties await and when it comes to meat products. After all, they should also be chewed easily, and then in a duel with the baby, often even displeased, frowning and whining, hard meat or even a small piece of it can lose. But the situation can successfully save the meatballs. Recipe for their preparation does not require special material costs, and temporary, in fact, too. And most importantly, this semi-finished product can be made with a reserve and stored in a freezer. Tender meat does not require the child special effort for chewing, so the probability of feeding it with such a dish increases, and its resistance decreases.

To cook meatballs, the recipe of which we will take as a basis, it will require minced meat. It is best to take pork and beef in a ratio of 30:70. An even more acceptable option would be to take a piece of beef and pork and cook the mince yourself. Meat is preferable to choose chilled, without foreign odors and mucus. Remember that the pulp should be elastic and quickly restore its original shape after pressing. The color of the meat should be pinkish with a pale gray tint, uniform throughout the surface. How to cook meatballs for a child is a very difficult question, so it is better to twist the meat in a meat grinder twice, for a softer consistency, or to remove streaks as much as possible, areas with hard fibers and skin. Meat twist is better than slightly frozen, so pre-cut pieces put in a freezer for 20-25 minutes.

Meatballs, a recipe that we enforce, requires 500 grams of prepared minced meat, 2 eggs, 150 grams of warm pasteurized milk, 150-200 grams of white bread crumb, one onion, dill greens, 100 grams of flour or breadcrumbs. If it is necessary to feed the baby meatballs, then we will not risk chopping onions with a knife, but grind it with a blender. Pellet of bread is soaked in warm milk for 10-20 minutes. Mince the salt and pepper to taste, add whipped eggs in a separate bowl to the foam, add the onion gruel and chopped greens of dill, and also the crumb. Mix the forcemeat with your hands or mixer with a special nozzle until uniform. Meatballs, the recipe of which is being voiced at the moment are balls, the size of a walnut. But, given that the dish will eat a little man, the size, of course, can be slightly reduced. A teaspoon of pickled minced meat and medium-sized balls. Sprinkle them with breadcrumbs and put them on a heated frying pan. On vegetable oil fry the meatballs until half cooked on a small fire. Spread out on a plate.

Based on the preferences of your child, we will prepare the sauce. It is better not so sharp and fat. The following ingredients will be required: 200 grams of broth (preferably chicken, with own preparation), 100 grams of cream 10-15%, 2-3 tablespoons of flour. Flour the fry in a hot frying pan until brown and gradually, along the wall, pour in the broth, stirring and not allowing the formation of lumps. When the broth boils, pour in the cream and spread the meatballs, stew them for another 10 minutes. Turn off the fire and leave them soaked for 15-20 minutes. Meatballs with sauce served with a side dish of boiled potatoes.
