Meat in a ministerial way: how to prepare a dish

Meat in a ministerial way is a dish, the technology of preparation of which was developed back in Soviet times. Balanced and nutritious, it could not be better suited for high-ranking officials and government members. Most likely, it was served for lunch to ministers. Probably, from here also there was such name. Depending on the type of meat used, there are currently several ways to prepare it

Many experts believe that meat in a ministerial way should be prepared in breading, which, as it were, plays the role of an official's suit. In this idea there is a definite meaning. Usually, beef is used for this recipe, as the most noble and useful meat. The method of preparing this dish is simple. As main ingredients, the following products are usually used: 0.5 kg of beef, 50 grams of flour, 150 grams of mayonnaise, 2 eggs and 60 grams of sunflower oil.

Making meat in a ministerial way is easy:

  1. First, beef tenderloin should be cut into portions. Meat should be slightly discarded, and then sprinkle with salt and pepper a little.
  2. Then you should prepare the lezones. To do this, the eggs must be thoroughly beaten, mixed with mayonnaise and slightly salted.
  3. After dipping each piece of meat into the prepared mixture, roll it in flour, and then fry it on both sides in boiling oil.

The finished product is served to the table separately or with any garnish.

Ministry of Cutlets

As you know, the name always leaves an imprint on the dish itself. Even simple cutlets may not look very ordinary, if they are prepared for VIPs. Sometimes in culinary books you can find a recipe where minced meat is prepared from the following ingredients: ½ chicken fillet, 60 grams of flour, egg, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and any greens.

The process itself resembles the preparation of ordinary chopped chops:

  1. The first thing to do is to treat the chicken breast. It is necessary to carefully cut off her skin, and then remove all the bones. After this, the meat must be finely chopped with a sharp knife.
  2. Eggs mixed well with mayonnaise. Add salt, squeezed through the press garlic, chopped greens and lightly pepper.
  3. Add chicken to the mixture.
  4. Mass the spoon on a hot pan and fry in oil on both sides.

It turns out gentle and very juicy cutlets, which must certainly please even the most picky minister.

Meat with garnish

Very original looks a recipe, according to which meat is prepared in a ministerial style with potatoes. In this case, juicy chops are baked in a "shell" of vegetables. It turns out that the dish is prepared simultaneously with the garnish. For such a recipe, you need a minimum set of products: 1 kilo of fillet (beef or pork) and the same amount of potatoes, 300 grams of onions, salt, mayonnaise and ground pepper.

First you need to prepare for work the main ingredients:

  1. Meat should be cut into pieces and well repulsed with a hammer.
  2. Chop the onions into half rings, and cut the potatoes into circles.
  3. Form from the inside to treat with vegetable oil. At the very bottom put a piece of potatoes, sprinkle it with a little pepper and salt.
  4. At the top, distribute the onions.
  5. Put pieces of meat on it so that there are no gaps between them. Sprinkle them with a mixture of salt and pepper.
  6. Cover with the remains of potatoes and cover with mayonnaise.
  7. Place the dish in the oven for 45 minutes. Beforehand it should be warmed up, that the temperature inside was not less than 180 degrees.

This dish is not a shame will be served for dinner even to the minister.

Meat under the "coat"

There is another way with which you can cook meat in a ministerial manner in the oven. This option is no worse than the previous one. Many believe that it is a variety of all known meat in French. Historians argue that this is a simplified way of preparing a popular European dish. This is partly true, because the same ingredients are used for cooking: pork, hard cheese, onions and mayonnaise.

The technology of these dishes is also somewhat similar:

  1. Meat should be cut into separate pieces not more than 1 centimeter thick. They should be immediately salted and slightly peppered.
  2. Onion cut into thin rings, and chop the cheese on a large grater.
  3. Grease the baking tray with fat or vegetable oil and spread the pieces of meat on it.
  4. Cover it with onion, cover with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

Outwardly, this dish really looks like meat in French. True, it is prepared not in batches, but in a continuous layer.

Meat with mushrooms

Adding different ingredients, you can prepare several interesting variations of the same dish. For example, mushrooms perfectly complement meat in a ministerial style with potatoes. The recipe is good because it requires the most usual components: 10 potatoes, 300 grams of champignons, 250 grams of mayonnaise, and also 800 grams of pork, cheese and onions.

The whole process consists of three consecutive stages:

  1. The first thing you need to grind and prepare for work all available products. To do this, the meat should be cut into pieces of the same size and it's good to beat them off. Cleaned and washed potatoes should be cut into even circles. Onion is best set up with rings, and cheese - grate with a grater. Mushrooms must be cut with thin plates.
  2. On the baking tray, processed with oil, put the products in layers: potatoes - meat - onions - mushrooms - cheese - mayonnaise.
  3. Send all this into the oven and bake until a pleasant ruddy crust is formed on the surface. This will be a signal that the dish is ready.

This option also resembles meat in French, prepared in Russian manner.
