Meat baked in the oven

Those who love meat, it is difficult to understand vegetarians. After all, what could be better than the meat baked in the oven? The aroma that is carried around the apartment in the process of baking, anyone will drive mad. A juicy and well-cooked piece of pork or beef with a glass of dry wine or just a side dish of vegetables will brighten up any evening. Baked food is more useful than fried, and cooking in the oven requires far less trouble than frying. Here are a few options, how you can easily, quickly and deliciously cook the meat, baked in the oven.

Take a piece of fresh meat fillet, the amount that would be enough for the whole family. Somewhere 1 - 1,5 kg.

For the stuffing, prepare the vegetables:

1 carrot;

1 Bulgarian pepper;

5-6 cloves of garlic (but here it's a matter of taste, you can and more);

A little fat, literally gram 50;

1 onion, pepper, salt.

Now you can take the meat, mark the whole piece in random order with a knife with small incisions, so that it is convenient to stuff it. After that, take the vegetables and gently cut them into small flat stripes, just such that they get into the cuts, and, accordingly, stuff our piece of meat with the aforementioned vegetables. Only cut the onion rings.

The oven should preferably be heated to a temperature of 200-225 degrees, just to make our meat feel comfortable there. Now take the foil, lubricate it with a little sunflower oil and put meat on it. We put the onion on top, then wrap it, but not too tightly - the meat should be there freely, because soon it will release the juice. We cook the meat in the oven and eat it there for an hour. Before the readiness, unfold the foil and give it a little brown. Now you can call to the table of men: this meat, baked in the oven, they just have to taste.

In the second recipe, it is best to use pork tenderloin. Cooked by this method, the meat will be tender, spicy and juicy, even in a cold form it will decorate the table as an appetizer, or simply go for morning sandwiches. At the same time it looks festive, and, decorated with fresh herbs, perfectly decorates the festive table.

So, you need pork tenderloin and several kinds of spices: nutmeg, rosemary, marjoram, salt, pepper. Also, we need 2-3 tablespoons of mustard and honey, and a little olive oil. The amount of spices is selected to taste, so that the whole piece of our tenderloins roll in the prepared mixture. After that, on a hot frying pan with olive oil, put our piece and quickly, for four minutes, fry it from all sides until a delicious crust appears, which will detain the meat juice during baking. After that, we cut our pork inside and cover it with a mixture of honey and mustard. We hide in the oven for 40-50 minutes, periodically turning the meat and pouring the resulting juice. The temperature should again be maintained around 225 degrees, but be careful, all the ovens are different, and they are very moody.

In the third method, we try to cook the meat, baked in the oven, but pre-cooked. To do this, we need a kilogram of boiled beef,

2 onions,

Sour cream 200gr,

500gr boiled in a potato uniform,

2 tomatoes,

100gr of cheese, pepper, salt,

Butter and breadcrumbs.

To begin with, we need to grease the form, and put pepper and salted meat in it. Pour sour cream, sprinkle with onions. Grated potatoes are mixed with butter and put on top of a layer of meat. On potatoes we pour out our rusks, cover with tomatoes cut into half rings and top with grated cheese. On a small fire under the lid for an hour we languish our dish, and also in the same form is served on the table.
