Kozlov Sergey was born in a Moscow courtyard on August 22, 1939. An inquisitive and smart boy already in primary school became the author of his first poems and fairy tales. The youthful hobby has grown into a great desire to write interesting exciting tales for children. Purposeful boy set goals, which he went to school.

Sergei Kozlov, whose biography is known to a few, graduated from high school, then became a student at the Literary Institute, learned the skills of a turner at the factory, taught at school, taught singing lessons to children, and conducted excursion tours to the Pushkin reserve in the village of Mikhailovskoye. Communication with people gradually filled his work with meaning, subtle humor, and most importantly, good.

In the early 60's, the novice writer found his vocation in writing fairy tales for toddlers. Meetings with children, conversations led his work to a new level. The animation needed interesting authors who write scripts for cartoons, which will be interesting to watch together with the kids and their parents, grandfathers and grandmothers. Kozlov Sergey put all his imagination to create magical stories.
