To prepare it you will need the following:

- two eggs;

- half a glass of powdered sugar;

- three hundred and fifty grams of chopped almonds;

- four drops of vanilla essence ;

- A small spoonful of lemon juice.

In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Mix the sugar and powdered sugar. Connect the mass to the egg. We put the bowl on a saucepan, in which water is boiling, and begin to stir, preparing it to a creamy state. After that, immediately remove the bowl from the fire. In it, put chopped almonds, add the essence, lemon juice and beat up with a spoon. The result is a soft and stretchy paste. She put on a divided board, sprinkled with powder, and mash up to a smooth state. This dough should only be used warm, so that it does not lose plasticity.
