Pancakes on soda water and not only

On what only do not prepare pancakes in our country: on fresh and sour milk, on whey and kefir, on usual boiled and even sparkling mineral water. Pancakes on carbonated water are popular with people who watch their weight. Indeed, compared to pancakes in fatty milk, they contain far fewer calories. Therefore, girls and women, sitting on a diet, may well be pampered with a couple of delicious pancakes. In addition, pancakes on carbonated water are very airy and tender.

For cooking you need to take two glasses of soda water, flour and milk, three eggs, soda, sugar and salt. Mix the dough from flour, milk, eggs and sodden soda, add a large spoonful of sugar and a half of the tea salt. The latter is added with soda water. In the dough pour a few spoons of vegetable oil, mix it well and bake pancakes in a well-heated pancake with non-stick coating.

You can make pancakes on soda water according to the following recipe.

Take a glass of flour, 2 glasses of sparkling mineral water and 2 eggs. Ingredients: a glass of flour and 600 ml of water, baking powder, 2 tbsp. Spoons of egg powder and sugar, half a teaspoon of salt. The flour is mixed with sugar, baking powder, salt and egg powder. Gently, constantly stirring, slowly pour water. Stir the dough for a long time, until the lumps disappear. Frying pan heated, lubricate with oil and pour the dough ladle.

Young children, and not only them, will certainly like the original orange pancakes.

For cooking you need: a glass of orange juice and 300 ml of water, 1 orange, 2 eggs, a glass of flour, zest, a pinch of salt, sugar, vanillin and a pack of cottage cheese. First prepare the dough: mix the juice, eggs, flour, a tablespoon of orange peel, salt, water and 2 large spoons of sugar. Ingredients are mixed to make lumps disappear, and then bake pancakes, adding vegetable oil to the pan. The next stage is the preparation of the filling. Orange is cleaned and cut into small cubes. Mix it with cottage cheese, add a little sour cream or orange juice, vanillin. All mix and form pancakes in the form of envelopes with this filling.

Fans of thick and lush pancakes, especially those who do not eat chicken eggs for food, probably like the following recipe.

Ingredients: a glass of flour and two glasses of warm water (not hot), two pinch of salt, a tablespoon of sugar and instant yeast. Add half of the flour, salt and sugar to the water, yeast is diluted separately in the glass. Add them to the flour, and leave the spoon for half an hour to rise. When the dough increases in volume, mix the remains of flour and again put in a warm place for 30 minutes. When the opara is suitable, dough gently, without stirring, scoop ladle and pour on the pancake. Before making pancakes on water, the skillet is oiled. Every pancake is baked from both sides.
