Marshmallow cake. Tasty and low-calorie

Talking about the low caloric content of sweet dishes, at least, strange. It is known that desserts, sweet dishes contain the largest amount of sugar and fats, and, consequently, calories. However, marshmallows and our native pastilles really belong to dietary sweets, because their calorie content is the lowest. Once, pastilles and marshmallows were made from apple puree, sugar and whipped proteins, later, when they were made, they added scorch, pectin and gelatin. But these additives did not spoil the product, the use of marshmallow remained the same. Fans of sweets, which, however, fear for their waist, you can safely recommend marshmallows. Calories in it are the most "harmless", because in its composition there are absolutely no animal and vegetable fats.

Zephyr is delicious on its own, but there are some very interesting recipes for cakes made from marshmallows, which are especially liked by girls and women who care for the figure. Recipes are very simple, because these cakes do not need to bake and fiddle with the dough. To make a cake of marshmallow it will be enough for a few minutes. Therefore, these recipes can safely take their place under the heading "If visitors come unexpectedly". It's nice when you can quickly create a delicious, airy cake and sit with friends over a cup of tea.

Marshmallow cake with fruits and cream

A fresh white marshmallow is broken into two halves and each is cut into two plates. It will be blanks for marshmallows. The layer between them will be fresh fruit and berries. Good for this purpose strawberry, orange, juicy pear, kiwi, pineapple, apple, plum. And also small garden berries - raspberry, red, white and black currants, blackberries, etc. We cut large fruits into thin round plates and remove peel from them, we put the small berries entirely. Between the marshmallow and fruit we make a layer of whipped cream. So, all layers and zephyr lobules will be well "connected" with each other. We take a round dish, we lay on it a layer of marshmallow circles, spread a layer of whipped cream, lay a layer of berries and fruits, then again we put a thin layer of cream and a layer of marshmallow. So repeat two or three times. On top of the cake decorate with cream and fruit.

Marshmallow cake with jelly and cottage cheese

This recipe is the most dietary, but it is prepared a little longer than the previous one. We cut the plates from the halves of marshmallow. Low-fat cottage cheese is well wiped, so that it turns into a smooth homogeneous mass, add fruit syrup or a little sugar and whisk in a mixer. From gelatin and fruit juice we make jelly. In the form with high sides to the bottom we lay a layer of marshmallow, we pour on it not yet frozen jelly, put it in the fridge for a few minutes to let the jelly cool and "grab", on the layer of jelly we lay the curd layer into which we can add a few fruits, On top of the marshmallow layer and so on. The top layer of the cake is marshmallow, filled with jelly. Before you submit the cake from the marshmallow to the table, it should be held in the refrigerator.

Calorie marshmallow cake for children's holiday

A high, delicious, very spectacular marshmallow cake can be made for a children's holiday. It turns out very nutritious and high-calorie. Zephyr is divided into two halves. We beat the cream of butter and condensed milk. To do this, firstly beat the butter to a very light, almost white color, then gradually add a jar of condensed milk. Mix until smooth and uniform consistency. We chop the walnuts and chop the chocolate bar on the grater, making a shaving. Nuts and chocolate mixed with cream. On a flat dish, lay a layer of marshmallows half a "poppy" up, we spread a thick enough layer of cream on it to level the surface, then again lay out the layer of marshmallow, again a layer of cream. So do it to the required height. You can gradually reduce the diameter of the layers to get a pyramid. From above, the cake is coated with cream and decorated with berries, fruits, nuts and candles.
