Apples baked with cinnamon

The recipe for this dessert is extremely simple and does not require special body movements. It is enough to take a few apples (just enough for you to satisfy them and feed the guests), sugar, cinnamon, lemon, butter and a little flour. Before we start cooking, turn on the oven at full capacity - let's get her warmed up properly, then do not wait 15 minutes. Now take our apples and cut them into round slices approximately 2 centimeters thick. We remove carefully the core from each circle, we get "bagels". A piece of butter grease the whole baking tray, lightly sprinkled with a tablespoon of flour and put on it sliced apples. Now, in a small bowl, mix cinnamon, sugar, lemon juice, carefully stir and lubricate apples, try not to mix the mixture on a baking tray, otherwise it will burn. In a preheated oven, place our apples on a baking sheet for 25-30 minutes until they are covered with a golden crust. These are the baked apples. The recipe, as you can see, is quite simple, and the result will please you with its taste and aroma!

Apples baked in puff pastry

The result of the preparation of these apples can be compared to mini-pies with apple stuffing. This dish looks very beautiful - it's not a shame to submit it to the festive table as a dessert. For cooking, we need a batter, puff pastry, which is sold in any grocery store, a few small apples, any jam, 2 eggs and powdered sugar if desired. Before starting to work, turn on the oven at the highest power. While our oven is warming up, we wash apples and clean them from the peel with a special cleaning knife - so the skin will come off with thin rags, leaving more pulp in place. We cut fruits into quarters and get rid of them. Now cut the thawed dough into squares about 10 by 10 centimeters so that you can close the filling with a batter. Chopped apples are filled with jam, after which we put the mixture on the squares of the dough and tear carefully the edges - everything should be done very carefully, so that while our apples are baked, our jam does not leak. Now we grease the baking tray with butter, put on it envelopes of dough and apples, and lightly lighten the egg yolks. Bake should be until the text does not form a ruddy crust, this will be the first sign that our dish is ready. We take our apples out of the oven in a puff pastry and sprinkle generously with sugar powder. Here and ready to bake apples!
