In addition, degenerative changes can occur. There are general rules, the implementation of which will help the brain to function well. It is necessary to create all necessary conditions for this purpose. First of all, you can not mentally overexert yourself and work "on the brink"! It is necessary to walk daily outdoors and engage in physical culture. Normal blood circulation of the brain is possible only with physical exercises. Useful running and strength training, as well as a healthy diet, including omega-3 fatty acids and B vitamins.
