Lobio in a multivark is simple, tasty and useful

Then add a little water, spices to taste and finely chopped garlic, all stewed in the "Quenching" mode for another 20 minutes. After that, your lobio in the multivariate is ready to serve.

If you want to slightly diversify the standard lobio and give the dish a new flavor, you can add a few walnuts and pomegranate juice to it. To prepare a lobio with nuts, the walnut kernels are ground in a blender and added approximately 20-30 minutes until ready, and when served on the table the dish is decorated with pomegranate seeds and a small amount of pomegranate juice. The new execution of the dish with nuts will surprise you with an unusual spicy-sour taste and delicious aroma.

The recipe for cooking lobio with meat is slightly different from the standard recipe. This recipe uses canned beans, which is much easier to prepare, it does not require pre-boiling, and it does not need to be filled with water for several hours. First of all, finely chopped onion, it is fried in butter until golden brown for 3-5 minutes in the multivark "Bake" mode. After that, minced meat is added, 500 grams, and fried for another 10 minutes. Then the meat with onion is laid out, and tomato paste is added, as well as a couple of diced, pre-scalded tomatoes without skin. In addition, put canned beans, garlic, chili and greens. All this languishes in the multivark within an hour in the "Heating" mode.

Preparation of lobio with green beans is almost no different from the usual recipe, only it uses a different bean, which you do not need to pre-boil, like red. Also, according to your desire, in a dish with green beans for more spicy and spicy, you can add adzhika, and not tomato paste and a little lemon juice.
