The second active ingredient, pyridoxine, significantly enhances the regeneration of the oral mucosa. Pyridoxine in no way can affect the pharmacological characteristics and properties of the second component of the drug - lysozyme.

Pharmacokinetics

Immediately after use, the lysobactum is absorbed perfectly into the blood from the digestive tract, reaching its maximum concentration within an hour. The components of the drug are separated in the body so that the highest concentration of lysozyme accumulates in the mucous membranes, and pyridoxine accumulates in the muscles. Pyridoxine can pass through the placental barrier and stand out when lactating with milk.

After the biotransformation of the active substances of the treatment has been performed, lysozyme is excreted in the larger part with urine, as well as pyridoxine.

When levodopa and lysobact are used, the decrease in the antiparkinsonian effect of levodopa is simultaneously noticeable.

Effects of most types of diuretic drugs are potentiated if they are taken with lysobacter. This is due to the peculiarity of pharmacological properties of the drug lysobact.

The instruction says that it is not recommended to use immunosuppressors, pyrazinamide, penicylamine, isoniazid, estrogen and estrogen-containing contraceptive preparations together with lysobacter, because all these drugs are pyridoxine antagonists and increase its renal secretion.
