How to cook rhubarb pie: tips and recipes
Rhubarb - undeservedly forgotten by many mistresses plant. Its sweetish taste is best suited for baking and desserts. The original rhubarb pie will be the decoration of any table. Guests who have never tried such a dish before, will necessarily beg for the recipe you have tried.
To prepare this dessert you need a pound of rhubarb, a pack of butter, a hundred grams of powdered sugar, two hundred grams of flour, a baking powder, four eggs, one hundred grams of ordinary sugar and fifty grams of brown. Peel and slice the vegetables in small pieces. Separate the yolks from the proteins and whisk the protein with sugar until the foam is thick. Mix the flour with a baking powder. Oil rub with sugar powder, one by one add the yolks, and then gradually take a little dab of protein. Ready mixture put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. The filling for rhubarb pie is not required, simply evenly distribute the pieces of the vegetable over the dough and sprinkle it with brown sugar. Half an hour bake the dessert in the oven, heated to one hundred and sixty degrees. After cooling, sprinkle over the powdered sugar.

You can also try the traditional Latvian yeast pie. Egg-sour cream filling and light sourness of rhubarb combine perfectly and create a wonderful dessert together.
Quick rhubarb pie
If there is no time to prepare a home test, you can use the store yeast test. Three hundred grams will be enough. Peel and cut the rhubarb into cubes. Roll out the dough into two pieces, one put in a baking dish, oiled and sprinkle with its stuffing. Sprinkle the rhubarb with sugar and cover the rhubarb pie with the second piece of dough. Bake in the oven at a temperature of two hundred and twenty degrees about half an hour. Such a simple recipe will be as delicious as the more complex one.
