In total, there are five multi-section buildings built on the 19th and 25th floors. All buildings were erected in a monolithic-panel method, according to the norms of the series I155N. It together with design and architectural companies was developed by the organization SU-155, which is the developer of this complex. The I155N series regulates the construction of three-layer walls in buildings up to 400 mm thick with the obligatory inclusion of a layer of insulation, the installation of ventilated facades, unheated stairwells, entrance lobbies without steps for persons using wheelchairs, and the presence of fire alarms. All this is available in the buildings of the Golden Triangle. Entrance areas in them are spacious and bright. In each house there are three elevators, a concierge room, a zone for baby carriages.
