Is the Eiser system good or bad?

Did you know that the Eiser system exists only in the Russian-language search engine. We consider this to be a Japanese method of educating preschool children. But any search engine on foreign sites does not find anything on the request "Eiser system." Wikipedia also does not know such a thing. And in Japan, such a system, in all probability, no. That begs the question: "What is Eiser's education system?"

In the eastern countries there is a certain policy of parents in the matter of acquiring life experience by children. This is expressed in their non-interference. For example, Japanese parents will not stop fighting, allowing the child to get his own social experience. Although as a result of using the policy of non-interference, the Japanese consider their children to be the most ill-bred in the world.

Our parents, adopting the experience of the Japanese, forget about a different mentality and social conditions. In addition, the Eisera system clearly exaggerates the need to abolish prohibitions for children.

In Japan, it is not customary to restrict children in their activities, as long as it does not harm the child or other people. Children are not usually punished, depriving them of their usual pleasures, but punishment exists in a softer form. The system of upbringing is arranged in such a way that with age a person is clamped into an increasingly narrow framework of behavior.

We interpret this as a complete absence of prohibitions for children under 7 years old. Imagine a situation that your child wants to put a piece of wire in the outlet, will you let him? I doubt it. And imagine that he falls in the middle of the store and requires a toy. He also has the right to do so. You educate him on this system. How do you like this?

Pampering and spoiling the child is not the same. What will we achieve by allowing the child everything, as Eiser's system recommends? The Internet is full of examples of such education of children. I would not very much like to be in the place of victims of such children. Parents, taking responsibility off themselves, undoubtedly greatly facilitate their own lives. It is much easier and more convenient to say that we raise a child without prohibitions, than to teach him appropriate behavior.

The Eiser system has an excellent replacement, which is exactly suitable for every country and every parent. Do not forbid the child anything! Do not Cry! Do not scold him for trying to do something wrong! A child is a small MAN! Do you like bans or screaming at your address? Of course not. Let's then, instead of the words "this can not be done", "do not you dare do this", "do not do it", we'll say "it's not good to do it, because ...". Each of us knows why this or that is bad or not, and the child does not know it yet. Explain it to him. Use for clarification in simple and understandable words, give examples and let the child look at the situation from the other side.

The child must learn not only the experience of parents. He must comprehend many things himself. But the rejection of the role of the parent in upbringing, giving him the opportunity to do everything, can not be an excellent option. You must guide your child, explain to him, prevent acts that harm him and others. Do not forbid! Help to understand that this is not good!
