How to reduce the calorie content of fried potatoes

Therefore, we take the oil, but not more than 1 tablespoon per pan. After frying, you can throw away the cooked potatoes in a colander, so that the surplus fat is drained.

The best way to help reduce the caloric content of fried potatoes is to cook it deep-fried. It would seem that there is a lot of oil, but in this way the caloric content is only 167 kilocalories, that is, 2 times less than the traditional one. The whole secret is that there is practically no oil in the prepared dish: it is all the glass back to the fryer through the mesh. To prepare such a meal at home, you do not need to have special equipment, as in McDonald's. The usual frying pan or a small cauldron will do.

How to cook delicious french fries

  1. Peel potatoes, thoroughly wash it and towel each tuber. If it remains wet, the oil in the frying pan can break out.
  2. Cut each potato into thin strips.
  3. Pour into the dishes 150-200 gr. Vegetable oil and wait until it warms up properly.
  4. In a red-hot oil in small portions, fill up potato sticks, stir them occasionally, and take out the prepared ones with a noisy one.
  5. Extracted sticks put in a sieve, to further reduce the calorie content of fried potatoes by disposing of any residual oil.
  6. Do not be tempted to overcook 10 kg of potatoes in the same oil. From heating it acquires harmful properties, and the longer it heats up, the more carcinogenic substances it contains. Therefore, after pressing the French fries one time, pour the oil into the sink. If you want additives - better take a new one. After all, your kitchen is not a fast-food restaurant, and the main thing here is not economic gain, but pleasure and benefit for the family.

It is not necessary at every glance at the dish, to count calories in the mind of fried potatoes, sometimes you can give yourself the will and relax, just enjoying your favorite food. In the end, without such small weaknesses, no diet is not a joy. If you suddenly exceed the daily calorie rate - at the next meal, eat an apple, carrots or celery, these foods have a "negative" caloric value, that is, the body, putting its efforts on chewing and digesting such food, spends more energy than it consumes with these foods.

As you know, to lose weight, constantly depriving yourself of sweet and fat, is almost impossible. After severe restrictions, a breakdown follows, after which the weight only grows. It is better to just live by adhering to the principles of healthy eating. Let you not lose 30 kg per month, but gradually stabilize your weight, and you will not lose health: your hair will shine, your eyes will shine, your skin will retain a healthy color, and your nails will have natural strength. And most importantly, the result will remain for a long time, because there is no violence over yourself.
