After the products are prepared, you can proceed directly to cooking. You need to take unwashed bunches of grapes and carefully collect berries from them. It is extremely important that they are unwashed! Otherwise, fermentation will not occur. So, after that, you need to suppress grapes in the enamel bucket. Attention! You need to press it with your hands or, at the very least, with crush. The berries need to be crushed until a lot of juice appears.

After this, it will be necessary to cover the container with gauze and leave it for about five days in the warmth, so that the resulting juice will ferment. It is necessary to mix this mass twice a day with a wooden spatula. After the depressed grapes ferment, that is, it will rise, it will be necessary to throw it into the colander to juice the stack, and then squeeze the berries through the cheesecloth. After the resulting grape juice, already peeled, it is necessary to pour into jars and to cover sugar. All must be mixed thoroughly.

However, this is not the end of the work. On the throat of the jar you need to put on a medical washed glove, the fingers of which need to be pierced with a needle in several places and firmly wrap it around the rubber band. After this, the wine should be left for about three weeks for fermentation at room temperature. It is necessary to monitor the glove. It should be inflated at the very beginning of the process. That's when it's blown off - this is a sure sign that the wine is ready.

When the yeast settles on the bottom, and the wine becomes light, you can carefully strain it. It should be closely monitored during the decanting process so that the yeast is not together with the wine in the bottles. After the pumping is completed, the bottles will need to be sealed with stoppers.

After that, the wine should be taken to a cool place and left there for about thirty days. During this time, it will be necessary to pour wine three times into clean bottles, leaving the residue in the previous ones. And then it is necessary to leave the wine in a cool place for another month. Only after that it can be tasted. As you can see - making wine at home from white grapes is not so difficult. Requires a minimum of ingredients, but a maximum of patience. You just need to follow the recipe and endure the right time. Then homemade wine from white grapes will turn out really tasty, fragrant and beautiful.
